• Review and interpret project drawings, specifications, and standards related to civil and fit-out works.
• Conduct inspections for civil, finishing, and renovation works such as partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, waterproofing, etc.
• Monitor ongoing site activities to ensure compliance with approved quality standards and safety regulations.
• Prepare and maintain inspection test plans (ITPs), checklists, and quality records.
• Identify non-conformities, raise NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with project engineers, site supervisors, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure proper material inspections (receiving, storage, and installation) are carried out as per approved submittals.
• Participate in internal and external audits to verify compliance with quality management systems.
• Provide regular QA/QC reports to the Project Manager / QA/QC Engineer.
