JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA/QC Inspector with a strong background in fabrication to join our team in Sharjah. The ideal candidate should hold an NDT Level II certification and a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. Mechanical).
NDT Level II certification (RT, UT, MT, PT).
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in QA/QC inspection within fabrication industry.
Strong knowledge of fabrication drawings, welding, and quality standards (ASME, ISO, API preferred).
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Conduct inspection of fabrication works as per project specifications, drawings, and international standards.
Perform visual inspections and coordinate NDT activities (RT, UT, MT, PT) as per requirements.
Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, including inspection reports, welding logs, and material traceability records.
Ensure compliance with quality standards, codes, and client specifications.
Coordinate with production, engineering, and client representatives for quality-related matters.
Monitor welding activities, WPS, PQR, and welder qualifications.
Identify non-conformities and implement corrective/preventive actions.
Support project planning and ensure timely quality checks to meet project schedules.
