Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and industry standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes and products to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis investigations to address non-conformities and implement effective corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate quality control measures throughout the product lifecycle, from design to delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred for advanced positions.
• Certification in Quality Management (e.g., ASQ, ISO is highly desirable to validate expertise in quality systems.
• At least 3 + years of relevant QA/QC experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment, showcasing a solid understanding of quality processes.
• Experience in specific industries such as construction, pharmaceuticals, or automotive is preferred to align with company operations.
