• Develop and implement project-specific Quality Assurance plans in line with LTA and contract requirements.
• Oversee quality control for segment production, including inspections at precast yards and installation sites.
• Monitor segment traceability via the TEMS system and ensure compliance with method statements.
• Conduct internal audits and support external audit responses.
• Lead NCR (Non-Conformance Report) management and follow up on corrective/preventive actions.
• Submit monthly quality reports to HQ and relevant authorities.
• Coordinate material approval processes for TBM and cross passage tunnel works.
• Conduct training for workers on segment repair and gasket installation.Attend project progress meetings (daily/weekly/monthly) with LTA and internal teams.

• Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.

• Minimum 30 years of QA/QC experience in infrastructure and tunnelling projects with at least 10 years LTA projects experience.
• Familiar with LTA quality standards, documentation, and inspection procedures.
• Proficient in NCR handling, QA/QC audits, and material testing.
• Strong coordination, reporting, and communication skills.
