Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive quality assurance strategy that aligns with project goals and client expectations.
Conduct thorough inspections and audits of materials and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate closely with project managers and engineers to identify potential quality issues early in the project lifecycle.
Lead root cause analysis investigations for non-conformities and implement corrective and preventive actions.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field, with a preference for advanced degrees.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance and control within the relevant industry sector.
Certification such as Six Sigma, ISO 9001, or equivalent to demonstrate expertise in quality management systems.
Experience in managing teams and leading quality initiatives effectively across diverse project environments.
