JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA/QC Manager to join our team. The QA/QC Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring that all products and services meet our strict quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QA/QC role in the construction or manufacturing industry
• Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and standards
• Experience with quality control software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards
• Quality control certifications are preferred but not required

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and policies
• Conduct regular quality audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
• Monitor and evaluate the quality of materials and products used in the construction process
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to identify and resolve quality issues
• Train and supervise quality control inspectors and other relevant staff
• Develop and maintain quality control documentation, including reports and records
• Stay updated on industry standards and best practices to continuously improve the quality control process
• Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure the quality of materials and products
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their quality expectations and address any concerns
• Participate in project meetings to provide quality control updates and recommendations
• Investigate and analyze quality control data to identify areas for improvement
