Description

JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are urgently hiring a QA/QC MEP to join our client’s project team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all MEP installations, coordinating between disciplines, and ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and project specifications.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in MEP coordination and QA/QC within the UAE
  • Strong understanding of MEP systems including HVAC, firefighting, drainage, water supply, and electrical works
  • Knowledge of Dubai authority regulations (DEWA, DCD, DM, etc.)
  • Experience in reviewing technical submittals and coordinating inspection schedules
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and quality management systems
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
  • Immediate availability is preferred
Responsibilities
  • Oversee MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) on-site to ensure compliance with design and quality standards
  • Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures as per project requirements and company policies
  • Coordinate between consultants, contractors, and site teams to ensure seamless MEP execution
  • Conduct regular inspections and issue NCRs, method statements, and quality reports
  • Ensure proper documentation of all QA/QC activities including material approvals, site inspections, and test reports
  • Review shop drawings, material submittals, and ensure compliance with specifications
  • Support project handover process through final inspections and snag list clearance
  • Ensure adherence to safety, regulatory, and environmental requirements
