Job Description: Parsons is seeking an experienced and meticulous QA/QC Specialist to execute and enforce quality control on-site for the transformative NEOM The Line project. This hands-on role involves ensuring all contractor activities, materials, and workmanship comply with project specifications, international quality standards, and established Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs). Core Responsibilities: Site Inspection: Perform daily, detailed quality inspections across various civil, structural, and architectural construction disciplines. Compliance Verification: Ensure construction activities strictly adhere to approved design drawings, specifications, and the project's Quality Management System (QMS). Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive records of all quality checks, inspection requests (IRs), and test reports. Non-Conformance Management: Identify, document, and track all non-conformances (NCRs), working with contractors to implement corrective and preventative actions. Material Control: Verify the quality and certification of all incoming materials and permanent works against specifications. Witnessing: Witness critical tests, surveys, and hold points as defined in the ITPs and project schedule. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or Technical Diploma in Engineering or a relevant construction discipline. Minimum of 10 years of dedicated QA/QC experience on major infrastructure or large-scale construction projects. Certified Inspector status (e.g., specific welding, NDT, or concrete certifications) is highly desirable. Excellent knowledge of international construction standards and quality auditing practices. Proficiency in digital quality management systems and documentation control.
