About this job

• Implementation and monitoring of quality control during the installation of Ultra High Purity (UHP) process piping systems for the semiconductor industry.
• Verification of the execution based on P&IDs, isometrics, technical specifications and customer requirements.
• Conducting and monitoring helium leak tests, pressure tests and other leak and functional tests.
• Inspection of orbital welded joints including welding documentation.
• Conducting incoming material inspections and ensuring material traceability.
• Conducting Mechanical Completion Inspections and creating corresponding test reports.
• Creation, tracking, and completion of punch lists.
• Support during FAT, SAT and commissioning.
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards, customer specifications and relevant technical standards (e.g. ASME B31.3).
• Close collaboration with Engineering, Construction, HSE and the customer on the construction site.
