On behalf of our Capital Markets client, Procom is searching for a QA / QC Test Analyst / Engineer - Salesforce for a 6 month contract role. This position is a hybrid position with 1 day onsite at our client’s Toronto office.

QA / QC TEST ANALYST / ENGINEER - SALESFORCE - JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Salesforce project aims to digitize and modernize the existing Salesforce instance by enhancing workflows, connecting with third-party data, and integrating with internal systems. The role involves working with consultants and business stakeholders to analyze, verify existing workflows, and identify gaps for enhancements and system integrations.

QA / QC TEST ANALYST / ENGINEER - SALESFORCE - MANDATORY SKILLS:

  • 10+ years’ experience as a Quality Engineer or similar.
  • 2+ years’ of recent experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Recent experience writing intermediate SQL queries (SoQL).
  • Experience in testing integrations with App exchange products in SF.
  • Financial industry domain knowledge.

QA / QC TEST ANALYST / ENGINEER - SALESFORCE – NICE-TO-HAVE SKILLS:

  • Financial services experience.
  • Global Banking, Capital Markets experience.
Responsibilities
  • Execute comprehensive test strategies and plans to ensure the application meets functional requirements.
  • Work closely with Business Analysts and business teams to understand business needs, conduct gap analysis, and requirements assessments.
  • Partner with Architecture to understand the design and integrations.
  • Create impact analysis documents.
  • Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify and resolve defects.
  • Design test sets and automate where possible, including functional and non-functional testing.
  • Be involved in the full life cycle of a project, responsible for producing actionable and complete specifications.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, methods, and drive adoption of best practices and standards.
