Description
Position: QA / Scheduler Working Hours: US Hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST) Full-Time, Remote Work. Key Responsibilities Conduct quality assurance assessments to ensure services meet established standards. Review and analyze data to identify areas for improvement in service delivery. Manage scheduling of assessments and audits in coordination with relevant teams. Maintain accurate records of QA activities and participant schedules. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control processes. Communicate findings and suggestions for improvements to stakeholders. Respond to scheduling changes and conflicts proactively to ensure continuing operations. Bachelor's degree in Quality Assurance, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in QA processes along with scheduling or administrative tasks. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in QA methodologies and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced remote environment. Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
