Be a key SDET in Middle Office service and data components for Wealth Management Own entire STLC for regular release and key projects Ensure guardrails are laid out and processes are adhered for production stability Measure KPIs and demonstrate continuous improvement in efficiency and productivity of team At least 4 years' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role Hands on automation expertise in API and Data test automation - Java, Python, SQL Thorough testing concepts, test planning, test strategy building, building frameworks, STLC Team player, Mentoring, grooming junior team members and consultant ensuring team keeps performing better Transforming team by means of improving culture, strengthening processes, coverage, right use of automation and innovation Sense of ownership, accountability and flexibility with focus on problem solving We do it in a way that's differentiated - and we've done that for 90 years.
