Perform as SME guiding QA teams. Drive end-to-end testing processes including functional, integration and regression testing. Lead, manage, and mentor QA teams, fostering a high-performance testing culture. Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements. Champion continuous improvement in QA processes through training, tools, and innovation. Qualifications Required 10+ years of QA experience and 4+ years of working as a QA lead with a proven track record of driving QA programs with multiple QA end-to-end testing teams particularly in coordination with multiple existing teams of developers and product owners. Experienced in working as QA lead on projects involving NCPDP formats including D0 and F6 formats. Strong ability to lead through influence across matrixed organizations, aligning stakeholders without direct authority. Familiarity with PBM products, end-to-end business process flow, including regulatory, privacy, and interoperability considerations. Excellent communication, prioritization, and execution skills. Desired: Background in PBM domain, especially in Claims processing, integration with external entities, NCPDP formats. Strong systems thinking with the ability to balance near-term delivery with long-term scalability. Responsibilities
The QA Senior Advisor will acquire knowledge of existing applications and guide QA teams as a Subject Matter Expert. They will drive end-to-end testing processes and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
