Participates in support of infrastructures, applications, and technology initiatives, both from an operational perspective in conjunction with existing standards and methods of delivery.   Ensures a company's products, services, or processes meet established quality standards by reviewing procedures, conducting audits, identifying potential issues, and suggesting improvements to maintain high quality across all operations; essentially acting as a consultant to advise on best practices for quality control within an organization. Audit Planning and Execution: Develop and execute audit plans to assess the effectiveness of IT controls and compliance with regulations and standards. Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate risks associated with IT Infrastructure and processes, ensuring that appropriate controls are in place to mitigate these risks. Documentation and Reporting: Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings, recommendations, and risk assessments, and communicate results to management and stakeholders. Collaboration: Work closely with the business units to understand system designs, security practices, and overall risk management strategies. Continuous Improvement: Recommend improvements to IT processes and controls based on audit findings and industry best practices. Compliance Monitoring: Ensure that the organization’s IT systems comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. Documentation Review: Review of the Client Deliverables developed by other team members.  What we're looking for Experience: 5+ years as a business analyst in healthcare industry, and at least 2+ years in Audit Planning and Execution, Risk Assessment, etc. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT systems, databases, operating systems, and network security. Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical information effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences. Technical Writing Skills: Generating innovative ideas for content while working both independently and collaboratively as part of a team. The position research products, services, technology or concepts to be documented and easily understood by a broad audience. Educational Background: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field is typically required. Certifications: Professional certifications such as Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), or similar are often preferred.
