Description

ABOUT US:

Namify is in the business of belonging. For over 20 years, companies of all sizes have partnered with us to elevate their recognition programs, corporate gifting strategies, branding initiatives, and employee engagement. Through automation and more sustainable practices, we are revolutionizing the swag industry which has traditionally been wasteful and awkward. We’re growing fast because the world recognizes how desperately services like ours are needed. Now we are looking for energetic “inclusion superheroes” to join our team. So, if you are a detail-oriented person and like the idea of creating more happiness in the workplace, we want to talk to you … like yesterday.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • 1–3 years of experience in software QA, preferably within a fast-paced SaaS or tech environment.
  • Strong foundational understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and best practices for both manual and automated testing.
  • Familiar with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and able to help prioritize bugs and defects based on severity and impact.
  • Experience with bug tracking and testing tools like Selenium, Azure DevOps (Boards, Queries), and Datadog.
  • Comfortable testing frontend, backend, and APIs with tools like Postman, JMeter, and Azure Load Testing — pinpointing issues across the tech stack.
  • Working knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and basic SQL to help identify, replicate, and communicate technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • High attention to detail with strong documentation habits, including maintaining test cases, results, and edge cases.

  • Proactively identify edge cases and potential issues before they reach our users.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs with clarity and consistency.
  • Own quality metrics and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Troubleshoot, analyze, and report bugs with precision, creating clear, reproducible test cases and detailed bug reports with step-by-step replication instructions.
  • Help build QA tools and frameworks to scale testing practices.
Taking ownership and pride in these tasks will allow you to thrive in this position for the benefit of both your team, Namify and our clients, and most importantly yourself.
