JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations. This role requires a strong understanding of CGMP, quality control processes, and the ability to conduct thorough quality inspections and audits. The Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement quality assurance protocols.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in quality assurance or control.
  • Strong knowledge of CGMP, FDA regulations, and QA/QC methodologies.
  • Experience in conducting quality inspections, audits, and utilizing precision measuring instruments.
  • Proficiency in data collection techniques and analysis.
  • Familiarity with Calypso or similar software for quality data management is preferred.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular quality inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with CGMP and FDA regulations.
  • Perform quality audits to assess adherence to established standards and procedures.
  • Utilize precision measuring instruments, including micrometers, to verify product specifications.
  • Collect and analyze data related to product quality, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective actions for non-conformance issues.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of quality control processes, inspection results, and audit findings.
  • Assist in the training of staff on quality assurance practices and standards.
  • Utilize software tools such as Calypso for data collection and analysis.
