The Quality Assurance Specialist will manage the quality of our products, and foster a “quality culture,” during the development and delivery of our products. The QA Specialist will perform testing activities relating to analysis, evaluation, testing, implementing, operating, or supporting existing and planned IT products and processes. The role will report to a QA Lead.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience with Soap UI/Ready API and Postman required
• Testing within a technical development environment on complex business applications
• UI, Mobile App, and/or API Testing Experience
• Ability to adapt to a changing environment
• Self-motivation, ability to stay focused, and multi-task

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in airline information systems environment
• Bilingual (Spanish)
• Azure DevOps/Studio Online

• Plan and execute inspection and testing of incoming and outgoing product to confirm quality conformance to specifications and quality deliverables
• Ability to understand user stories, manipulate data and test systems to ensure sufficient functionality testing
• Aggressive troubleshooting and bug diagnostic skills/techniques
• Develop test scripts and maintain effective test script library
• Generate automation test scripts and execute functional and regression testing.
• Document test cases, test results, and release notes
• Collaborate with team to prioritize testing development and execution
• Support deployment verification process
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it
