We’re looking for a detail-orientated and proactive QA Sales Specialist to join our team. You’ll primarily focus on monitoring and ensuring the highest standards of sales risk management, call quality, and lead audits. You’ll play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our sales processes, ensuring that quality standards are consistently met while adhering to service level agreements for both leads and referrals.
Risk Management - You’ll be responsible for contributing to risk management at Flagstone and adhering to all policies including but not limited to, Complaints Policy, KYC & AML Policy, Client Onboarding Policy, Health & Safety, Treating Customer Fairly
Process Efficiency - You’ll be responsible for contributing ideas and supporting the implementation of process efficiencies within the QA Team and across the Operations Team.
Stakeholder Management - You’ll manage the relationships across the Operations Team and deals with internal queries as the first point of contact. And provide real time feedback on any areas of concern in relation to the customer journey.
Reporting - You’ll be responsible for owning and building the QA dashboard to ensure effective reporting.
Quality - You’ll conduct QA on Customer Contact and workload to ensure policies and processes are followed correctly and excellent service is provided.
