Your potential is our inspiration. Where You’ll Make a Difference Ensure compliance with FSSC 22000, AIB, RSPO, Halal, Kosher, customer requirements, and all applicable regulatory standards. Support the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Food Safety Management System (FSMS). Plan, execute, and document internal audits, and coordinate external audits with certification bodies, customers, and regulatory agencies. Manage audit findings and drive timely closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Investigate customer complaints, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions. Develop, deliver, and evaluate food safety and quality training programs for employees. Maintain accurate and controlled documentation, including quality records, audit reports, training records, and compliance documentation. Monitor and manage pest control programs in collaboration with approved service providers. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance food safety, product quality, and operational compliance. What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related discipline. Demonstrates professional-level proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written. Minimum 2–3 years of Quality Assurance experience in the food manufacturing industry. Strong working knowledge of FSSC 22000, AIB, HACCP, GMP, RSPO, Halal, and Kosher standards. Hands-on experience in managing certification audits and customer audits. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, including experience with root cause analysis and CAPA management. Excellent documentation, organizational, and communication skills.
