Our downtown based client is looking to hire 3 BILINGUAL (FRENCH/ENGLISH) QA Specialists for a 12 month engagement
Are you a detail-driven problem solver with a passion for quality and process? We’re looking for an enthusiastic QA Analyst / Project Support Specialist to join our team and help deliver high-impact projects across technical disciplines.
You’ll work at the intersection of quality assurance and business systems support—ensuring everything we build meets (and exceeds) customer expectations.

QUALIFICATIONS

Fluent FRENCH and ENGLISH communication
1+ years of QA experience (industry experience in finance a plus, but not required)
Familiarity with automated testing tools (LoadRunner, WinRunner, etc.)
Strong experience in test case management, defect tracking, and writing test reports
A proactive approach to risk management and change control
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Solid communication skills—verbal, written, and visual

Responsibilities

Lead and support projects using proven methodologies (including Agile)
Use Microsoft Project for planning/tracking and Excel for data analysis
Present insights and progress using PowerPoint
Review business requirements and design documentation for completeness and testability
Create, execute, and manage test cases—even when documentation is limited
Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution
Evaluate risk and support the change management process
