We are proud of our product and our team, and we’re looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Supervisor to join us in Madisonville, LA! ________________________________________ What You’ll Do As a Quality Assurance Supervisor, you’ll be a key part of our quality team, ensuring food safety, quality, and efficiency. • Supervise and lead a team of quality assurance technicians in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. • Ensure products meet regulatory standards (FDA, USDA, HACCP, etc.) and company specifications. • Maintain accurate documentation and reports for quality assurance activities, including audits, test results, and corrective actions. • Conduct root cause analysis of product quality issues and work with the production team to develop corrective and preventive actions. • Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of QA team members. ________________________________________ What You Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience. • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role in the food manufacturing industry. • Strong knowledge of food safety regulations, including FDA, USDA, and HACCP. • Physical capability to stand for 10 hours, lift 50 pounds, bend, stoop, kneel, and work in fast-paced conditions. • Flexibility to work overtime and occasional weekends. ________________________________________ Our Benefits We offer a supportive environment and an excellent benefits package, including: • 401(k) with Employer Match • Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, and Life Insurance. • Temperature Controlled Environment • 12 Paid Holidays • Paid Time Off • Free Lunch Daily • Birthday and Anniversary Recognition
