Syngenta Crop Protection is headquartered in Switzerland. Job Description Responsible to implement quality management system at site level. To ensure all Quality Assurance programs progress meet requirement and target. To ensure all Quality Assurance activities comply with Local Government and Syngenta regulation Accountabilities: Perform all audits (Internal, external, & vendor) on behalf of the company management. Managing non-conformity issue or complaint (customer complaint, vendor complaint, toller complaint & internal complaint). Perform as a document coordinator at site level and responsible for quality function. Ensure Quality risk assessment (including residual impurity risk assessment & hygiene risk assessment) implemented at site level. Involve and ensure quality improvement at site level. Promote and communicating proactively Syngenta Quality Management System Initiate and involve on MOC activity related with any change that impact on quality Develop and execute yearly training plan regarding quality topic Conducted quality validation & verification for quality & production process Involve packaging optimization & development Ensure well manage for process of NPI (New Product Introduction) including raw material & packaging material. Qualifications Bachelor in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or Industrial Engineering. Extensive working knowledge of Quality Management System. Have knowledge regarding continue improvement tools (eg: Lean manufacturing, six sigma). Have min. 3 - 5 years in the same position or chemical, pharmaceutical or petrochemical industry Certified auditor preferred (ISO 9001) Having a skill to control and manage the QA aspects, especially SPC methodology for Quality Continuous Improvement program Good analytical thinking and statistical process control Understand and familiar with SAP system related with QM management
Responsibilities
The QA Supervisor is responsible for implementing the quality management system at the site level and ensuring compliance with local government and Syngenta regulations. This includes performing audits, managing non-conformity issues, and promoting the Syngenta Quality Management System.
