Description
We are looking for a QA Team Lead to strengthen our ambitious testing engineering team in Vilnius, Lithuania. You will work with the leading networking solutions in the world and master your leadership skills. Teltonika’s networking solutions business unit develops and manufactures industrial and enterprise connectivity equipment, primarily routers, switches, gateways, and modems. Our networking devices serve clients in the most complex areas of Industry 4.0, Smart City, and Green Energy. In Teltonika you will have an opportunity to lead, mentor and inspire a talented team of testing engineers and provide new ideas on how can improve our product quality together. In this role, you will: Oversee and continuously improve testing processes, identifying optimization opportunities and empowering your team to implement enhancements. Plan, prioritize, and allocate tasks based on team workload and project needs. Lead performance and development discussions with team members, set clear goals and provide constructive feedback to support their growth. Participate in recruitment processes and select the right talent to strengthen your team. Provide coaching or guidance when needed, especially to support the development of automation competencies. Contribute to test plans improvement to ensure high-quality, efficient testing practices. What we expect of you: At least 3 years of experience in testing field. At least 2 years of experience in managerial field. Excellent leadership and communication skills, that will help you lead by example. Ability to motivate and maintain high employee engagement. Ability to adapt to changing requirements and provide clear timelines to your team. Familiarity with testing methods and techniques and a willingness to improve our current processes. Flexibility to adapt to changes and quickly embrace new ideas. Openness, collaboration skills, and readiness to support colleagues. Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).
