Job Description Natixis in Portugal is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Quality Assurance Team Leader (french speaker) to join its BPCE-SI (BPCE Solution Informatiques) team, within the IT department, to oversee the QA team and ensure the quality of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of testing methodologies, team leadership, and collaboration with development teams. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage the QA testing team. Develop and implement testing strategies and plans. Oversee test execution (manual and automated). Analyze test results and report defects clearly and concisely. Collaborate with development and product management teams to identify and resolve quality issues. Promote and maintain the highest quality standards across all projects. Participate in sprint planning and requirements definition. Mentor and develop QA team members. Qualifications Proven experience in Software Quality Assurance. Previous experience in team leadership. Solid understanding of software testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Solid experience with defect tracking and management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray). Solid experience in creating and executing test plans. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience with automated testing and related tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress). Fluent level of French (C1 level or above). Good level of English (at least B2 level). We will only consider CVs in English.
