Tasks

• Lead and evolve our QA strategy by establishing best practices and fostering a quality culture across the organization
• Define and establish processes to ensure quality and performance of our Application.
• Provide technical leadership to the QA team, mentoring team members and driving continuous improvement in our testing processes and methodologies
• Collaborate with engineering teams to build and enhance our QA automation infrastructure, leveraging modern cloud technologies and AI-driven testing approaches
• Partner with department heads and C-level executives to align QA initiatives with business objectives and growth strategies

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Software Development or Software Quality Assurance, with a proven track record of driving technical excellence
• 3+ years of leadership experience in technical or project management roles
• Software development background with hands-on coding experience
• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
• Experience working with a Typescript, Jest and Playwright testing stack
