What You’ll Do In this role, you’ll help ensure our products meet the high standards our customers rely on. Your responsibilities will include: * Inspecting in-process and finished goods on the production floor * Performing basic product tests and documenting results accurately * Completing quality records and reports, including nonconformance documentation * Assisting with audits and supporting production teams as needed * Communicating quality concerns to supervisors and helping train operators once you’re fully trained  * Other duties as assigned  What We’re Looking For We welcome motivated candidates — and we’re especially interested in individuals who have: * Six months to one year of quality assurance experience in a manufacturing environment (required) * Strong attention to detail * Good written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work independently once trained * Flexibility and a positive, team-focused attitude * High school diploma or GED (required) * Experience with EtQ or manufacturing specifications is a plus.  Why You’ll Love Working Here * Starting pay: $19/hr.  * Stable 12-hour shifts — Day or Night shift positions available  * Built-in overtime opportunities * Hands-on training  * Opportunities to grow into advanced Quality or Production roles * Supportive team environment with consistent work Physical Requirements Must be able to meet the physical requirements of a manufacturing environment (see job analysis)  Position in Organization * Reports to: Quality Assurance Manager * Directly Supervises: N/A Ready to Apply?
