Job Description Product Sampling and Testing * Submit samples on a daily basis for finished goods and validation studies. Inspections * Inspect production areas before production starts on a product. * Inspect equipment before production starts and sign the cleaning log books. * Inspect labels of products in production for correct label, expiration date and lot number as compared to the Batch Production Record. * Inspect finished goods in the shipping area for correct QC Status (e.g. Quality Hold) Review * Review test results and place with the Batch Production Record and Validation Protocol as required. * Review Batch Production Records in production for completeness. * Review Validation Protocols so that they are ready when production starts. Auditing * Audit Batch Production Records to assure they are complete before giving to the QA Supervisor. Training * Conduct training as needed for validation protocols. * Understand, review, and participate in cGMP training. Job Qualifications * Must have great attendance. * Two years’ experience in Quality Assurance or production preferably in the pharmaceutical and/or dietary supplements industry * Working knowledge of spreadsheet and word processing software such as Excel and Word Job Type: Full-time Shift: Second, 4:30 pm to 3:00 am  Benefits: * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance This is for Second Shift. Hours are 4:30 pm to 3:00 am, Monday through Thursday. Fridays and weekends my be needed depending on production demands.
Responsibilities
The QA Technician is responsible for sampling finished goods, inspecting production areas and equipment, and reviewing batch production records for completeness. They also conduct audits and provide training on validation protocols to ensure quality standards are met.
