We’re looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) Technician to join our growing team. This role is critical in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of food safety and quality.

• Perform routine quality checks across the production process, including grading, packing, and storage, reporting to the QA Manager and Technical Manager.
• Record data in line with BRCGS, HACCP, and customer specifications.
• Investigate non-conformances and support root cause analysis and corrective actions alongside the QA Manager.
• Liaise with production, technical, and cleaning teams to maintain high standards.
• Support traceability exercises and product recalls as required.
• Assist with internal and external audits (BRCGS, customer audits, etc.).
