A growing food company in Vaughan is searching for 1 dedicated Quality Assurance Technician professionals.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician who has a strong attention to detail and a solid understanding of food safety.
This role is in Vaughan Ontario, great fit for someone who is ready to take on a challenge and grow with a company.
QUALIFICATIONS
You have a post-secondary education in Food Safety, food production, or a related field.
You have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a
Quality Assurance Technician in a food production or bakery environment.
You have a strong understanding of HACCP principles and can apply them in your work.
You have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
You are comfortable working in a team-oriented environment on the west side of Mississauga.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills and are proficient in Microsoft Office.

You will be responsible for inspecting products, materials, and production processes to ensure they comply with company quality standards.
You will perform routine tests and checks on products and raw materials, accurately documenting all results.
You will identify and report any quality and food safety issues to the relevant teams.
You will help maintain a strong food safety culture by monitoring team members to ensure they are following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
You will perform daily quality checks on receiving ingredients and verify case labels.
You will conduct environmental testing and perform spot checks on internal baked product temperatures.
