JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Inspection of tooling items as per detailed drawing included sub-out tooling items.
• Generate and update inspection reports for tooling items.
• Liaise with machinists/supervisors and designers to review detailed 3D drawings.
• Report tooling non-conformities and follow up actions. Maintain NCMR records.
• Update of Tooling BOM for fabrication & inspection status.
• Support inspection for tooling spare management system.
• Support tool engineers / tool makers for adhoc inspection of tooling items.
• Manage all IMTE calibration activities (External & Internal) as per established frequency;

Maintain and Update all calibration records.

• Organize repair of measuring equipment and support in sourcing of new equipment.
• Supporting Quality Engineer for MSA activities as planned.
• Updating of masterlists for QA documents such as quality plans, work instructions, SOPs.
• Documents issue and retrieval to all users and maintaining and up keeping of original

documents including controlled documents.

• Other tasks as may be assigned by superiors from time to time .
