KEY REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous QA experience in food manufacturing or a regulated environment.
  • Knowledge of HACCP principles, food safety standards, and BRC requirements.
  • Certified to HACCP Level 2 and Food Safety Level 3 (or willingness to gain).
  • Skilled in calibration, traceability, and non-conformance investigation.
  • Strong auditing, reporting, and data analysis capabilities.
  • Proficient in QMS systems and compliance documentation.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct foreign body audits and traceability checks to support product safety.
  • Lead complaint investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
  • Manage calibration and equipment verification for accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform product quality assessments, label checks, and version control.
  • Oversee documentation audits and support positive release of materials.
  • Monitor and escalate supplier non-conformances to drive improvements.
  • Execute hygiene and environmental swabbing schedules and verification.
  • Support on-site lab testing, weight verification, and allergen validation.
