Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of the product development and compliance lifecycle.
  • Partner with Buying and Design teams to provide technical expertise across the product range.
  • Stay current with product safety legislation and ensure Far East suppliers meet all relevant standards.
  • Provide technical support to sales teams and retail customers once products are in market.
  • Collaborate with the QA Manager to drive improvements across QA processes and workflows.
  • Work with Buying and Merchandising teams to ensure all product needs are met on the critical path.
  • Deliver project outputs to agreed deadlines.
  • Implement Corrective Action Plans in response to customer and manufacturing feedback.
  • Oversee the Far East supplier base, ensuring compliance with ethical and social auditing requirements.
