ABOUT THE ROLE:

Are you passionate about quality, automation, and leading digital transformation?
CSR are looking for a QA and Test Automation Engineer Lead to join our IT team based in North Ryde, playing a pivotal role in our testing and release strategy for digital projects and BAU operations.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll drive automation, streamline testing processes, and enhance the customer experience across our digital platforms. If you’re passionate about agile delivery, continuous improvement, and working with cutting-edge tools, this is your opportunity to make a real impact.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Lead release planning, testing strategy, and execution across sprints
• Perform manual and automation testing using Cypress and TOSCA
• Investigate bugs, analyse root causes, and coordinate fixes
• Drive automation coverage and reduce manual testing effort
• Collaborate across teams to unblock delivery and improve product value
• Enhance usability and customer experience through testing insights
• Contribute to Testing COE and share innovations with the team
• Provide regular reporting and support BAU transitions
