Job Description Technical Skills Strong experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Experience in API automation using tools like RestAssured, Postman Proficiency in programming languages C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript Experience with test frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, Specflow) Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools and version control systems (Git) Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker) Experience with performance or security testing tools is a plus Test Automation Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks using industry-standard tools Implement automated test coverage for: Ensure automation supports cross-browser, cross-device, and multi-region testing CI/CD & DevOps Integration Integrate automated tests into Azure Devops CI/CD pipelines Enable automated execution for smoke, regression, and sanity test suites Analyze pipeline failures and optimize execution time and reliability Quality Assurance & Testing Oversight Review test plans, test cases, and automation scripts for quality and coverage Ensure proper balance between manual and automated testing Define and track automation metrics such as coverage, stability, and defect leakage Perform root cause analysis of production issues related to test gaps Collaboration & Agile Practices Actively participate in agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) Work closely with development teams to enable shift-left testing Advocate for quality throughout the SDLC Reporting & Communication Provide regular status updates on automation progress, risks, and release readiness Present automation metrics and quality insights to stakeholders and leadership Identify and propose improvements to tools, processes, and workflows
