JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking QA/Test Engineers to support IRS modernization efforts. These professionals will test, validate, and document software and security controls to ensure compliance with IRS Pub 1075, NIST RMF, and federal standards.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

• 3–7+ years in software QA/testing.
• Strong knowledge of IRS systems, compliance testing, and NIST frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud-native testing frameworks for AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience with test automation and CI/CD pipelines.

• Develop and execute test plans and test scripts for IRS applications.
• Conduct functional, integration, and regression testing for compliance-heavy environments.
• Validate security controls, encryption standards, and access management implementations.
• Automate testing workflows using Selenium, JMeter, Cypress, or PyTest.
• Support documentation and evidence gathering for ATO packages.
