As our QA Test Lead for Payments, you will be an integral part of our Client Partner's QA organization to facilitate the full end-to-end coverage of all manner of payment instrument (PI) transactions. This will certainly include all NFC enabled iOS devices and potentially, various Android devices. You'll help drive quality initiatives focused on PI transactions on behalf of a globally prolific technology company. An ideal candidate possesses stellar interpersonal skills, keen attention to detail and enjoys close collaborations across cross-functional teams. Basic terms: * Work type: Full-time employee hired through an Employer Of Record (EOR) * Location: In-office 5 days a week, Monday to Friday local business hours primarily, with scheduled meetings with US-based Managers. * Office address: Rua Leopoldo Couto de Magalhães Jr., 700, 7º Andar, São Paulo, 04542-000, Brazil * Annual salary range: R$180,000 to R$200,000 Responsibilities: * Lead 2-3 QA staff * Conduct release and ad hoc testing of payment transactions on a variety of devices/OS * Write test plans, test cases * Execute test case driven and exploratory testing * Log found defects for tracking * Organize and analyze testing data for trends and customer reports * Communicate with client staff about the status and progress of testing projects * Provide regular reporting that includes test artifacts and metrics for payment testing * Manage a Transaction reconciliation process related to transaction processing for review and cancellation after successful verification * Respond to Production teams reporting a payments issue to validate successful operation or else to find root cause of the reported issue * Work with US Based Global Payments Lead and other Applause team members globally  
Responsibilities
Lead a small QA team to ensure end-to-end coverage of payment instrument transactions across various devices and operating systems. Manage test planning, execution, defect logging, and transaction reconciliation while reporting progress to global stakeholders.
