ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a visionary IT Transformation Leader to drive end-to-end Quality Engineering transformation across enterprise programs. This role demands a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can evangelize transformation with customers, define and execute roadmaps, and lead high-performing teams across the full spectrum of QA – from functional testing to GenAI-driven automation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Evangelize QE Transformation: Act as a trusted advisor to customers, articulating the value of transformation initiatives and aligning them with business outcomes.
  • Strategic Road mapping: Define and deliver transformation roadmaps including value realization, tool rationalization, and test maturity uplift.
  • Innovation Leadership: Drive the adoption of GenAI/ML solutions in testing, performance engineering, and automation frameworks.
  • QE Practice Ownership: Lead initiatives across functional, non-functional, automation, performance, and resilience engineering.
  • Architectural Oversight: Guide solution architects in designing scalable, integrated QE solutions aligned with DevOps and Agile practices.
  • Coaching & Mentorship: Build and mentor a team of senior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Customer Engagement: Lead transformation workshops, maturity assessments, and executive briefings with global clients.
  • IP & Solution Development: Ideate and incubate reusable assets, accelerators, and frameworks to drive differentiation and efficiency.
