JOB SUMMARY
This position is eligible for telework for applicants who reside in Minnesota or in a bordering state, with supervisory approval and satisfactory performance. If you live in a state bordering Minnesota, you must live within 50 miles or less from the primary work location to be eligible for telework.
This position is responsible to support the Department’s Commissioner Delegations of Authority function so that all delegations as proposed by program areas across the Department are executed in a timely manner and are legally accurate. This position supports the technical needs of the Quality Assurance and Disability Compliance (QADC) Services team. This position is also responsible for ensuring that information is strategically organized, permissions are properly managed, and collaboration both within QADC services and across the Department of Human Services (DHS) is efficient and effective.

One (1) year experience in an administrative role;
OR
Three (3) years advanced technical or paraprofessional experience in an administrative role;
OR
Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or Business Management and Two (2) years of advanced technical or paraprofessional experience in an administrative role;
OR
Master’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or Business Management;
AND experience must demonstrate the following:
