QAQC Civil Engineer

Our Company is a road contractor and we are seeking a skilled and experienced QA/QC Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in QA/QC, specifically in the road construction. This role requires a thorough understanding of quality assurance and quality control processes, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to ensuring construction quality standards.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum of at least 2 years of experience in QA/QC within the UAE construction industry.
• Proven experience in road projects.

  Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures and plans for road projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Review and verify construction materials and workmanship to ensure they meet project specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers and Forman’s to address quality-related issues.
• Maintain detailed records of QA/QC activities, including inspection reports and non-conformance reports.
• Participate in project meetings to discuss quality issues and provide solutions.
• Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
• Train and mentor junior QA/QC staff to maintain high-quality standards across projects.
