JOB DESCRIPTION

• Material Inspection and Testing:
  Quality Checks: Conducting thorough inspections of facade materials such as glass, aluminum, steel, cladding, sealants, etc., to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
  Testing Procedures: Implementing and overseeing testing protocols to evaluate material properties, durability, weather resistance, and performance characteristics.

Production Process Oversight:

• Monitoring Manufacturing Processes: Overseeing the manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly of facade components to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.

Ensuring Compliance: Verifying that production processes adhere to approved plans and meet regulatory requirements.

On-site Inspections and Audits:

• Site Visits: Conducting on-site inspections during construction to verify that facade installation aligns with approved designs, specifications, and safety standards.

Documentation and Audits: Maintaining records of QA/QC activities and performing audits to ensure compliance.

Defect Identification and Resolution:

• Detecting Defects: Identifying and documenting any defects, discrepancies, or deviations in materials or construction methods throughout different project phases.

Implementing Corrective Actions: Collaborating with relevant teams to address identified issues and implement corrective measures.

Regulatory Compliance and Standards:

• Knowledge of Regulations: Staying updated with building codes, industry standards, and regulations related to facade construction and ensuring adherence.

Documentation and Reporting: Compiling reports and documentation to demonstrate compliance with relevant standards and regulations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with 5 years’ experience.
• Strong Knowledge & experience in Quality Systems/Manufacturing Quality, Process Validation, and Risk Management.
• Good planning and organization skills.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
