We have the expertise to carry out full EPC&M services for electrical and instrumentation works and bring our intrinsic knowledge to measure and automate exploration, production, separation, refining processes, and distribution through our localized services. Job Description Implement and maintain project QA/QC procedures Review HVAC drawings, specifications, and method statements Conduct inspection of HVAC systems including ducting, piping, insulation, and equipment installation Prepare and review Inspection Test Plans (ITP), checklists, and quality reports Coordinate with site team for material inspections and approvals Ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards such as ASHRAE and SMACNA Monitor site activities to ensure workmanship meets quality standards Raise and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective actions Participate in Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT) Coordinate with consultants and clients for inspections and approvals Maintain proper documentation and records for all QA/QC activities Support testing and commissioning of HVAC systems Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering 5–8 years of experience in QA/QC for HVAC works Experience in construction, oil and gas, or MEP projects Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including ducting, chilled water systems, and ventilation Familiarity with international standards such as ASHRAE, SMACNA, and ISO Good understanding of ITP, method statements, and QA documentation QA/QC or ISO certification is an advantage Good communication and reporting skills Additional Information GCC experience, preferably UAE or ADNOC projects Experience in large-scale commercial or industrial projects Department: Services
