Position Summary: The QA/QC Field Engineer – OSM is responsible for leading quality control efforts for offsite manufacturing (OSM) scopes. Reporting to the Quality Manager, this role inspects work during all project phases—including preconstruction, offsite fabrication, onsite installation, commissioning, and punch list—ensuring compliance with project requirements and quality standards. The QA/QC Field Engineer works closely with design professionals, clients, trade contractors, and craftspeople to identify, prevent, and resolve technical issues, driving projects toward successful completion.
Essential Responsibilities:
Support resolution of quality-related issues and track corrective actions to closure.Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Experience and Education
Minimum two (2) years of experience in offsite manufacturing and inspection (or related).High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field preferred.
Technical Skills
Commissioning experience (preferred).Electrical knowledge and experience (preferred).
