Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

QAQC Manager to oversee and manage all Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions for our condominium projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all works comply with contractual, regulatory, and client requirements while driving a culture of quality excellence across project teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and implement QA/QC policies, procedures, and inspection plans in line with project and regulatory requirements.
  • Review project specifications, drawings, and method statements to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Conduct site inspections and audits to verify workmanship, materials, and compliance with approved drawings.
  • Lead quality meetings and coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and project teams to address quality-related issues.
  • Ensure non-conformances are identified, tracked, and resolved with corrective/preventive actions.
  • Manage quality documentation, including inspection reports, test results, and certifications.
  • Provide training and guidance to site teams on QA/QC processes and best practices.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on quality matters.
  • Oversee material testing, mock-ups, and commissioning inspections.
  • Report regularly to senior management on quality performance, risks, and improvement initiatives.
