REQUIREMENTS:

  • Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline.
  • At least 5–8 years’ QA/QC experience, preferably in construction, M&E, or oil & gas sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, QA/QC procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced QAQC Manager to lead and oversee quality assurance and control activities, ensuring our projects meet the highest standards in compliance, safety, and workmanship.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC policies, procedures, and inspection plans.
  • Lead quality audits, inspections, and testing to ensure compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Review technical drawings, material specifications, and method statements.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality issues.
  • Ensure proper documentation of quality records, inspection reports, and test results.
  • Train and mentor QA/QC team members.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and third-party inspectors on quality-related matters.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in quality management.
