Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field Experience 12+ years of professional experience in civil engineering and construction quality management At least 5 years of dedicated QA/QC leadership experience in dam and hydropower infrastructure projects, including tunnels, spillways, powerhouses, and RCC structures Strong background in managing quality systems aligned with ISO 9001 standards, including quality planning, inspections, audits, and non-conformance resolution Proven experience in FIDIC contract-based projects with international contractors Demonstrated capability in leading QA/QC teams, conducting internal/external audits, and interfacing with third-party laboratories and regulatory bodies Skills Deep knowledge of QA processes, concrete/masonry testing, welding, geotechnical QA Use of digital QA tools, checklists, and documentation platforms Strong command of technical standards (ASTM, ACI, EN, BIS) At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
