QC Analyst – PCR / HPLC / Biologics

Location: Clare/Limerick region

Seeking an experienced QC Analyst to join a GMP Quality Control team supporting the manufacture and release of biologics and biopharmaceutical products.

Hands on laboratory role with a strong focus on PCR/qPCR and HPLC, alongside a range of analytical techniques used within a modern QC environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine PCR/qPCR and HPLC testing to support in-process and product release.
• Support analytical testing of biologics and biopharmaceutical products.
• Support method transfer, validation and equipment qualification.
• Investigate OOS results, non-conformances and laboratory issues.
• Maintain accurate GMP documentation and ensure Data Integrity requirements are met.
• Support SOP development, audits and continuous improvement activities.

What We're Looking For

• BSc in Biochemistry, Chemistry, Biotechnology or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 2 years' GMP industry experience- essential.
• Strong hands-on PCR/qPCR experience – essential.
• Experience with HPLC.
• Background in biologics or biopharmaceuticals.
• Experience with DNA extraction, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot or spectrophotometry.
• Strong attention to detail and understanding of GMP and Data Integrity.
