Position: QC and Training Manager Location: São Paulo, Brazil Employment type: Full-time DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and manage Quality Control and Training functions Oversee quality reviews, training delivery, and performance monitoring Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards Drive continuous improvement through quality and training initiatives Monitor KPIs, analyze data, and identify performance gaps Develop and optimize quality processes and training programs Review reports and present insights to senior management Manage, coach, and develop QC and Training teams Handle complex quality or training-related cases when required. REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; Master’s degree is an advantage Strong experience in quality control and training operations Proven leadership experience managing teams Excellent communication skills in English Solid knowledge of quality standards and training methodologies Experience working with KPIs, reporting, and data analysis Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
