Location: Dubai, UAE Role: QC Assistant – Food Manufacturing

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct daily inspections of raw materials, production processes, and finished goods
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, ISO 22000, and Dubai Municipality food safety standards
• Maintain accurate QC documentation and support internal audits
• Collaborate with production and hygiene teams to resolve quality issues

What We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Food Technology, Microbiology, or related field
• 1+ year experience in food manufacturing or bakery QC
• Familiarity with hygiene protocols and food safety documentation
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player
