JOB DESCRIPTION:

Supervises individual contributors and/or Supervisors, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management. Directs workflow to ensure quality controls are in place to monitor, measure, and report compliance with all regulatory agencies. Coaches less experienced staff on quality standard testing and evaluation processes that follow best practices for product testing and process validation. Coordinates processes and assignments to deliver against key performance indicators that monitor and assess Quality Control processes and systems. Attends meetings with multiple teams on overall quality strategy, updates, and processes. Responsible for managing operational aspects of their team (e.g., workflow, performance, and compliance), as well as ensuring achievement of team goals within expected standards.
