• Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment with rapidly changing priorities.
• Two or more years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a production role.
• Laboratory experience is a plus.
  Physical Demands and Work Environment. Able to meet the physical requirements that go with working in a lab atmosphere – standing for 2+ hours, extended reach, lifting up to 50lb, occasionally climb, kneel, or bend and specific vision ability – close, color, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. • Responsible for gathering, testing and/or sending out QC samples and documenting results.
• Follow and enforce the cGMP policies laid out in the Quality Manual and SOP library and escalate concerns to QA.
• Ensure production employees complete batch records accurately, thoroughly, and in compliance with requirements.
• Conduct production walkthroughs throughout the day to sign off on critical QC steps.
• Perform finished goods inspection and documentation check at job closeout to support quality release criteria.
• Maintain accurate quality records and logs to support compliance with applicable Quality System standards.
• Inspect incoming raw materials for compliance with specifications and collect retain samples.
• Assist with record keeping, data logging, and documentation management, including recording quality specifications and test results, and supporting version control.
• Work closely with other departments in continuous improvement projects.
• Assist with the creation, implementation, and maintenance of SOPs under QA/Production guidance.
• Support QA in documenting GMP compliance gaps as directed.
• Support production operations by performing job tasks as needed.
